Grace Kerina
By empowering ourselves as highly sensitive people we initiate a cascade of positive effects, from creating better lives for ourselves and lifting our society’s view of sensitivity to enjoying the deep peace that comes from self-acceptance. The goal of my website and blog, Highly Sensitive Power, is to empower HSPs through curiosity, creativity, and community. The site includes regular blog posts, book reviews, e-books I’ve written, and links to further resources, all aiming to provide HSPs with tools and encouragement for taking charge of the trait that makes us special and valuable.
E-books: Stay Afloat When They’re Rocking Your Boat: Feel Steady and Calm with Healthy Boundaries and Highly Sensitive Vancouver.
Creativity Prompts: One short, pithy prompt a day delivered to your in box for 101 days per volume. There are three volumes currently available.
Please visit Highly Sensitive Power to contact me (via my email address listed on the About page). I’m located in British Columbia, Canada.

Grace,
Thank you. For your work, your words and your vision. I deeply connect with, and am inspired by, them all. One of the effects of my HSPness is I swing between information-resistance and information-gorging. Your site is forcing me toward the latter.
But happily so
With Affection,
Erika Harris

Erika,
One of the great things about the world of the sensitive in which we are involved is the ease with which people collaborate. The more involved I become the more delighted I am with the generosity and genuine sense of welcome I find. You, your voice, and your site are certainly included.
With affection right back at you,
Grace
