I love this article. It made me feel better about being a Sensitive. Carolyn sees and describes sensitivity in a positive light. I had never thought of myself as a “Lightworker” before, but I love the term and it has stayed with me.

    I especially enjoyed this passage:

“Since [sensitives] have been criticized for just being who they are, they often close down and lead sad isolated lives of denying emotions in their soul. The bullies and the abusers, entities that are heralding the dark energies, don’t want to lose their ego oriented existence, so they harass the sensitives so they can keep the veil of darkness alive. The ego thrives on chaos. The sensitives are here to pull the curtain back on the wizard, to reveal the trickster and shine a light on the darkness.”

Thanks, Carolyn Coleridge, for such a thoughtful and uplifting article!!

Thank you for all your kind hearted responses to my article. It was meant to uplift and give others a sense of connectivity in this world. Sensitives sometimes withdraw from the world and don’t have a voice. I didn’t want them to feel alone. I will be having a teleclass on trusting your intuition. Please contact me by email if you like to be part of it. Sept 17, 2008 Carcole9@hotmail.com

I have just learned that I am a Sensitive, not a loser. This revelation is so freeing especially after hearing “you are so sensitive” from many who do love me but have “pushed” me aside due to something they/I have not understood. I look forward to finding my place in the world and helping the Insensitives understand the Sensitives.

Incredibly inspiring and uplifting, thank you! This article was exactly what I needed at this time in a my life, and helps me make sense of my experiences since birth. ‘You are sensitive for one reason…to hear the source’ wow, that really, very simply shows me finally what a beautiful gift is within me, and that is is safe to be the way I am. :-) Thank you, so much.

I can not tell you how much this article has helped me being a sensitive, I have felt so alone and misunderstood and now I understand that I am just different and there are many people like me out there, they, like me, are just in hiding before they reveal their true selves and let loose on the world. thank you from the bottom of my sensitive heart.

  12. Carolyn says:

Thanks again for your comments. It is the little article that could, over the year. Sensitives your time is coming…the planet is shifting, where we need people to let their sensitivity shine. One act of kindness is 100 times greater, than one act of meaness. I wrote this article, while being pushed out of a job and not how I would get work. But as I listened to the spirit my whole world listened up. Source doesn’t leave us. Be well and God Bless.

    Hi!
It has been a couple of months now that I have seen this article and read it and reread it again and again. I even saved it and have it listed on my list of favorites. It is uplifting, positive, encouraging, insightful and empowering to sensitives. I felt very honored. Unfortunately, we live in aworld that does not value high sensitivity. It is true too that very often even as young kids going to school, many of us have been bullied. I hope one day, this will change. One time, some one by the name of Jim Hallowes wrote that, “All sensitives are gifted but not all gifted are sensitive”. Jim has a website called, The Highly Sensitive Person” and is based on the book from Elaine Aron called, “The Highly Sensitive Person”. It is a must read for all sensitive people who want to understand and appreciate their trait of high sensitivity more. In love and light, G.P.

Thanks Giovanna for your comments. It really nice to know others value what was written from my heart. Thanks for the references to. The “meek will inherit the earth” Meaning the earth will eventually be healed and the sensitive ones.. will resonate with the new earth. Sensitivity will be respected!
